As a dual-licensed NC and SC Realtor® specializing in luxury homes, new construction, and corporate and international relocation, I serve buyers and sellers across the greater Charlotte area including Waxhaw, Weddington, Ballantyne, Marvin, Matthews, Fort Mill, and Tega Cay.
Originally from Germany, with my husband from England, our careers have taken us across Europe and North America — Brussels, London, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, San Jose, and Chicago — before we relocated our family to the Charlotte area in 2011. That lived experience as an international relocatee gives me an edge: I genuinely understand the complexity of moving across countries, states, and school districts, not just the paperwork.
I am fluent in both German and English, and I regularly assist German-speaking clients, expat families from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and other European buyers navigating the U.S. real estate process for the first time. If you are relocating and need a trusted, German-speaking agent in Charlotte, I am here to guide you through every step.
Having enrolled my own children in elementary, middle, and high schools across Greater South Charlotte, I provide first-hand guidance on school districts, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that no online search can replicate.
Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, upsizing into a luxury or new construction home, approaching a corporate relocation deadline, or selling a property remotely from another state or country, I bring strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of the Mecklenburg and Union County real estate markets. My background, including a prior role as a personal assistant to a public figure in London, means discretion, professionalism, and organizational precision are second nature.
I am licensed to serve clients in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and I am proud to call the Greater Charlotte area home.
